I've found out the aforementioned Order 777 has an online library to record their own data.

It can only accessed by their members, so it is of no use to us in our own Order. However this has a simple solution. What about we start our own online library? Since I am a passionate information gatherer, I could contribute as much as I can for it, and I even suggest classifying it by subject.

Well, in theory, anything we wish, and that is moral in the religious sense. In practice, any of our needs, if we have any. It could be related with international politics for instance if we want resources about secession.
