This day marks an important event. The first elections in the history of Mallanor are currently underway, and we will see who the next Prime Minister will be. This is a big step in my plan to organize the government. Voting is currently underway for all registered Mallanorians. After the polls are closed, I will report the results. Both candidates are active Catholics, so there shouldn't be any religious issues in the new government.

Sounds exciting! So many micronations have been unable to make democracy work due to size issues and apathy among the citizens, so it's intriguing (and kind of fun) when a micronation is actually able to act on its democratic principles. I wish Mallanor the best on this historic day, and I will await the results with anticipation!

The same goes for me, too. Hopefully, Mallanor will become greator no matter who wins.

The polls are closed, the votes are counted, and the results are in. The incumbent Prime Minister, Michael Hinnebusch II, has won a close race 5-4.

Wow, that was a close election! Did you have any idea who would win before hand? Anyway, I hope this will herald a new era of prosperity for your nation.

No, I didn't have any idea. They were pretty evenly matched. I also hope Mallanor becomes prosperous and productive in the next two years
