Here's something I thought of. A couple, actually. They both have to do with electing the Grand Master and others. Firstly, elections should only be held if there are at least five people in the Order. Otherwise, it would seem kinda pointless. Secondly, when voting, you can't vote for yourself. Just a couple ideas I had.

I approve. As these are just little things, I don't think we'll need to actually amend the Constitutional Charter, I'll just write up a decree or something. Thanks for pointing these out, I didn't think about them when I was writing it.
