Yeah, the Earth is beautiful, but they say Space is the last frontier. Anyway, even if a Catholic Scientific Coalition somehow managed to aquire space technology, NASA will get to Mars first. Maybe let's hope everyone leaves Earth so that it is left ripe for our occupation

Chapter ten, and back to the Jimthians! I haven't left them for good. This also explains a lot of the backstory, and there's some satire to top it all off. ZE--10.docx (26.16 KB)

This flag was made recently in commemoration of the disbanded Federated States. Each of the symbols represents one of the 4 original and key members of the nation. Some of us have also tried our hands at authorship.

A great Christian song in Spanish, suitable for Trebian braves!
| A cry of war Is heard on the face of the Earth And every place. The swift warriors Wield their swords and Enlist to the fight.
That's why they were trained, They'll defend the truth. And it will not be taken, The flame that dwells in their blood.
Chorus Viva Cristo Rey, Viva Cristo Rey, The warcry that Lights up the Earth Our Sovereign Lord, Our Captain and Champion, Fighting for him, It's an Honor.
We know that this Battle is not easy And many shall cower, And below the darts Of our enemy, Surely will they fall.
I'll wield my sword up high, Like my Lord uses it. Nothing has defeated Him, His strength is God's.
Chorus Viva Cristo Rey, Viva Cristo Rey, The warcry that Lights up the Earth Viva Cristo Rey, Our Sovereign Lord, Our Captain and Champion, Fighting for him, It's an Honor.
We do not know greater joy, There is no more honorable desire, That with my brothers Being in the front line, And together, Giving our lives.
To Him who deserves Glory, And recruited us in love. To the knee kneels, And the Heart bows.
Chorus Viva Cristo Rey, Viva Cristo Rey, The warcry that Lights up the Earth Viva Cristo Rey, Our Sovereign Lord, Our Captain and Champion, Fighting for him, It's an Honor.
Fighting for Him, It's an Honor.

I've considered, just recently I listened to a medieval song called Ai Vist lo Lop originary from Occitaine (southern France). But then I listened to a collection of Polish slavic music and one of the songs was an instrumental version of Ai Vist lo Lop. This made me think that it would be ok to adopt the music of medieval songs into Trebian folk culture and just change or translate the lyrics? What do you think?

It's an interesting idea. I've never given it much thought, but if you did it well, it might work. After all, I'm sure there are plenty of other cultures that have gotten things from other cultures.
